I’m a relative new comer to Firefly, having moved here from a Midlands agency. Although there was a lot to recommend working regionally, the draw of agency life in London was strong.
I deliberately targeted a job at Firefly because of its great reputation for staff training. I had also heard nothing but good things about the company from a friend of a friend who worked at Firefly. Of course I know that Firefly wins awards being a great place to work, but personal recommendations like that are worth their weight in gold.
I am now working on high-profile national and pan-European campaigns in several different sectors and I’m learning new skills every day. I was given responsibility from day one and the freedom to think differently and try new things. One of the best things about working for Firefly is that everybody’s opinion matters and you’re listened to. My experience since joining Firefly backs up everything I was told by that friend of a friend and reinforces that moving to Firefly was absolutely the right decision for my career
