    Firefly runs a range of courses for media spokespeople, teaching them how to make the most of any interview opportunity by understanding the types of stories journalists want, how to prepare for the interview and how to communicate key messages in useable sound-bites.

    The most frequently run courses are for print media, led by a senior Firefly account handler with in-depth understanding of the client's business. The Firefly consultant is assisted by a relevant journalist, working under strict non-disclosure.

    Clients can also undertake broadcast media training. This often takes place at a radio studio, enabling both "live" and "recorded" radio and TV interviews to take place.
